Interviewer: Why didn’t you finish your degree? Me: 🤔😰
Sometimes we have something in our educational history we’d rather not talk about. It could be the lack of a degree. You might feel like it's best to avoid the subject during an #interview.
The good news is that the employer probably doesn’t care about the degree or the grades — if they did, you wouldn’t have gotten the interview. They just want to know that your previous situation in school doesn’t indicate a problem that will affect you in the workplace.
If you had to leave school for reasons an interviewer might understand, like financial hardship or family reasons, feel free to briefly explain that. But if you just weren’t into school, that’s okay too. You could say “After my first year of college, I realized it wasn’t for me. I left and started..."
Just make sure to emphasize the ways you’ve demonstrated your skills and work ethic since then.

Just be truthful, if you can. Failing to finish because you were drunk isn't the best reason, so think of another way to say it (for instance).

I did. Graduated in 1994

@nataniel gaines My story is, I never been to college that I want so bad because I have 3 little brothers and sister that I have supported in education also my parents really need support in financial. Many ppl almost not believe how high school graduate can support education and family life but God is good. At first I thought after my brothers and sister graduated from college (they all finished their Bachelor degree) I will go to to college but my little family (I got married and have 1 son) and my husband need support in finance. So I never been go to college but how I can earn the same salary with my friends in office because i go to training after training about business and financial, ended with several certificate, a lot read anything, book, newspaper, magazine, follow many issues lately in my country and abroad. That help when I worked in marketing and sales area. Now I work as admission at mission school in Jakarta. So far when they interview me all good and they sometimes offer me training paid by the company. Thank you, hope my story help and God bless 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Seems like a good approach, be honest
Employers will use your past failures to throw at you in the future for easy termination.
