When morning shift rush out didn't inform me that I didn't have any aides to work the next shift contacted D.O.N they stated I would have to do pills treatments insulin plus go on the floor as well D.O.N refused to come in was able to contact one aide we made sure everything was done 2 people working in an entire building I personally would have never left till everyone was resting comfortably know matter what the task would have been
