I an interested in starting my own commercial cleaning company. I have four years experience, while working with a subcontractor. I can get the llc.going and the insurance needed. However i wouldn't know where to start, as far as getting the contracts .anyone have any advice?

Michell Mason So if you are licensed, have all the tax info ready to go I would start with your marketing. Use Facebook to build ad's and create fliers to place in your local grocery stores, libraries, etc. Ask before placing them if they are not a public area to share. You would be surprised at how many businesses are willing to help. For my business, I initially built it using Facebook and it was a fantastic resource! I would also join business forums and online communities. Read books on owning your own business and learn all that you can. Good luck!!
Michell Mason there are different routes you can take, such at the one Ashley Wilson suggested. If you plan on looking into bidding for contracts, you will definitely need to do some research. Try networking with your friends and see if they know of some local businesses who might be interested. Good luck!
