I have come in on my days off when ever they have called me and need extra help. I have never told my boss no when I was called I have done more of my share of work doing my regular job duties and stuff that did not involved regular job duties . I am a very hard worker and when I start get a routine and how I do stuff and I show people how do it I am the type of person that wants it done like that all the time but it never gets done like that. Or I should never be the only to do outher things if outher people know how to should not be all put on one person to do it . Just like at my job now we have a new Gm and they all ways rush training with people like that... I have been told to do my job a certain way and I tell the new Gm that he argues with me and I do not like that I have work for smashburger for 2years and like 3 months now ... I think me working there that long I would know how to do it like it is spost to .. the gm is only been there for like 5 months.. I have a wife who is on disability and sick most of the time so that is why I am trying to get a 2 nd job . That would pay about the same as I getting paid now Wich is $10.25 an hour. Now .. but when you frist start at smashburger it was $8.50 .. I applied for the job right coming back from my dad's funeral back in 2015.
