Kforce has a client in Seattle that is looking for Customer Service Reps who have experience in a financial services to resolve card holder issues.

You will work in an inbound call center environment working with Financial Institutions to resolve cardholder issues such as card declines and card ordering.

Must have at least 2 years work experience in a customer service role, a financial institution, or Visa/MasterCard dispute processing
