Perform virtual sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates for job openings
Present job opportunities to candidates and build talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing techniques
Assist in the hiring process by communicating with applicants through phone interviews, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and refer candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate services for candidates and hiring managers: complete prescreen questionnaires, review and approve resumes submissions, coordinate interviews
