No matter how long you’ve been there or how much of an asset you are to the job you are always replaceable.

If we truly believe that anyone can be replaced in a heartbeat, why would anyone with a good brain want to work for the company that we work for? I was with my last job for so long and they still call me for advise and recommendation in marketing. My ex-boss still say I was a great asset for the business. If you are a good employee, hard working and dependable you are not replaceable.

Not a company I'd want to work for. That proves no matter what you do it will never be enough.

Don't worry God sees it all and vengeance is his.I would go off and list things that happened to me in my 12 almost 13yrs at being at 2 Walmarts. But as I know alot of companies take notice to defamation and or slander. I'll withhold my comments.Alk I can say is there's nothing that gets by God not walmart...not anyone nor anything one says or does.It all comes back what one sows one willllll, reap.

That's good to know since I just started working there a month ago. Not trying to get rich or climb the latter. Just trying to supplement my SSI

Omg yeah Walmart always wants you to look at them more as a family .. than when you are settled there true colors show , I had a baby in March and had to take an unpaid maternity leave.. all that money they make you think they could’ve given me something

Wait till you get older then it’s not just that you are replaceable, then it’s you’ve been. From a long time of working, that’s exactly what top management likes to think and say and have their slave managers repeat. Why wouldn’t you want the field boss talking his hands down? I swear till just now I never realized why the people I worked with in Houston from Louisiana called each other “Hand.” They meant field hand = slave.
