Why am I constantly getting positions that are not valid? It’s annoying and unfair to anyone who is actually looking for serious work.

I get emails & texts all day long with these lame “jobs” but I also get phone calls from people I cannot understand! I really try, I ask politely for them to repeat what they’re saying but I just can’t understand.🥺 But what really frustrates me is they say they’ve seen my résumé, when clearly they have not based on the position they are offering. 😡How do we stop this?!
