Crazy story @ #DunkinDonuts

I thought by being honest and having integrity were good assets but unfortunately it wasn't. When I was vocal about some of the things going on (employees not showing up on time for am shifts on multiple occasions, employees stealing and not just cash but food and feeding her family for free as well, she even one time filled her daughter's sipping cup with milk leaving the store's container empty, and lastly having to work every day with a woman who was drunk and worked intoxicated waiting on customers and using equipment that you should really be sober using because you could hurt yourself or someone else!) Management was aware of all of these issues and because I was vocal about what was going on, I was taken off the schedule with no reason from my store manager and my district manager. The manager's husband was also very inappropriate with the young girls and that was known and allowed as well. The first employee that stole took close to $10,000!! It took management close to 3 months to figure out the money was missing. The employee was messing around with store manager at the time. I spoke up about her behavior and all they did was transfer her to another store. The owner thought she had potential! Potential to steal more money! That's when they finally ended up catching her. That's a lot of money to take in a short amount of time (that didn't include all the tips she stole as well).
