1. The company would not put me a through compensating airfare, hotel other expenses to fly me to a panel interview if there was an internal candidate.
2. I went through a lengthy process of a 90 day assessment and other means of getting to a two phase group interview.
3. If the company had an internal candidate available then I doubt the above would occur or would have stopped the process..
4. I learned the vacancy was not filled and others vacancies are open.
5. I lost a job during the whole process, and yes; in this circumstance, I deserve an answer.
   In summary, I highly disagree and do get a sense that the majority disagreed with my candidacy for this role. I feel that if doubts were raised in other screening situations then I should not have traveled and wasted so much time. I do appreciate your feedback, but companies waste time or even hire the wrong people and can become complacent. Finally, I do not judge others by color appearance or if he or she is highly educated. I merely, stated this can be possible if one is intimidated if the candidate may have more knowledge or the candidate may appear more attractive. This happens for in the real world and possibly in my case. Unfortunately. this was my best guess as to why perhaps I did not get the job after analyzing the final phase or I may have been over qualified. I do not know.
