Same situation here also, 23 years for me and no job offers. I'm totally stressed.
Same boat here 22 years food and beverage management applications are flying out but not that many responses

I am in the same position. I have been self-employed for the past 30 years and due to covid I am out of work. I am a very physically fit 61-year-old female. I cannot count how many jobs I have applied for and not had a response. I'm sure in terms of reliability dependability and effort I could run circles around some of the young hires.
Listen everyone it appears most companies are not hiring as much as you would like. A temp service would suffice until you land back on your feet. And possibly the company they send you too just might hire once you've proved yourself! Keep plugging!
I'm in the same boat. My unemployment runs out in 6 weeks. I'm 57 and no one is interested. Young people are less expensive. Good luck to you.
