Hi Kylee, congrats on taking the first steps to finding a job! STEP ONE: Craft a cover letter and resume
First thing is first, you'll need a resume and cover letter! If you don't have one, here are some articles to help you out:

STEP TWO: Explore job options
From there, I would suggest exploring jobs that are of interest to you! Do you like working with people? Would you be happier working independently behind a desk? Take a look at our #careerdiscovery topic page - it may help you get the thought process going :)

STEP THREE: Apply to open positions
After you've thought about which roles may be a good fit, it's time to submit an application!

  1. Click on “Jobs” at the top of the page, or head over here
  2. Enter a job into the search field where it says “Job Title or Keywords”
  3. Include your location + click "Search"
  4. When the list populates, click on the ones that sound like a good fit to learn more + apply

Here are few things more things to help get you started and be successful on Jobcase!

1. Fill out your Jobcase profile completely
Having an updated profile with your location, work experience and skills really helps the community assist in finding new opportunities for you. Employers are looking every day for new talent - make sure you are on their list! :) If you need a little bit of motivation or encouragement, take a peek at Jobcase's #motivation hashtag, it's full of positivity and great tips for landing your next job!

2. Join some groups
Click here and enter enter some keywords to the search bar. If you see a few that look interesting, click the link and and you'll see a "Join group" button up top!

3. Stay active in the community
Jobcase is the perfect platform to provide advice, ask questions and connect with like-minded individuals! The more you post and comment on other member's posts, the more incredible people you'll meet and the more you will learn!

4. Follow topics
Topics are a great way to customize your Jobcase experience. Head to our topics page to discover and follow new and exciting content!
