A #stressful #Anthonytemberland day
My supervisor push too hard. He didn't care for his empoyies.He cares about the numbers. That's the way I seen things You couldn't do things fast enough for him.He always put pressure on you

As a manager, he/ she is under true pressure so he / she is trying to keep his/her position so he/ she comes down on others. Not the best way to manage but that's life within the workforce. Do your best! Try to stand out or leave with another position already inline.

Things are different on other shifts. The sawmill is hard work you can't push people the way I was pushed and keep them. You have to give time to get things done. Talking on the radio isn't fixing the problem you need your hands on the break down. Not asked every five minutes are you done
