Finally ...
After Many unsuccessful attempts to reach UI by phone, i took the suggestion to contact my state (Texas) representative and the senator for this area .. about 3 days later, all my back benefits and the most current one appeared in my bank, though i never heard back from either one ... hope this helps someone else ... #unemployment
