TJ Maxx hires part time employees and they only hire full time employees if you are a coordinator or manager or you have your college degree. you get a employee discount everyday of 10% & no benefits if you are part time, if you're full time then you get all kinds of benefits. You get a weekly paycheck on Fridays.
