It's tough being a paper carrier, though I know it doesn't sound hard. When you have school the same days you work, you usually want to work afterward, right? As a paper carrier who has to walk across town for delivery, you need to be up at about 4:00 AM. Saturdays were the worst. Because there are no papers on Sunday or Monday, the Saturday papers are loaded and heavy. 10¢ per paper isn't exactly the best either, but otherwise it's a great job.
