I FORGOT my resume!!!
I went in for an interview a few days ago and when they asked for a copy of my resume at my interview; I didn't have one!! I totally forgot. Do you think I screwed my chances up? I thought they would have it ready and all set to go. I mean I emailed them over one just a few days before. Blah... What else should I bring to an interview?

I try to remember copies, but I also have mine saved in Google Docs. That way, I could immediately send an electronic copy and anyone at the table with a phone/tablet/laptop could see it. Just a thought

it's hard to say and I wouldn't call it a screw up but i know how you feel. Feels like an opportunity missed when you forget something like a resume. However, let me say this. Always have a resume in your car, pocketbook, suitcase, on a flash drive, or whatever is convenient for you.
This job like any other job, if they want you, they will not let a missing resume be a problem. I dont know if this is a good idea.....you can send snail mail....a thank you letter for the interview and send your resume along with it.....see what happens. Hoping the best for you and don't stop looking.

No just take a copy in to the asap

You probably should be ok, if the interview process went well.

A learning experience. You are selling yourself! You can't ASSUME they are going to help you, or that the interviewers (as opposed to HR) have even seen it! Don't punish yourself about it. Just be better prepared NEXT time. Good luck.

When they called you for the interview did they state that bring your resume along with you

You should ALWAYS have a copy of your Resume with you, even if you did email them a copy. As an Executive Assistant, that is something that is embedded in my head. Going forward, prepare yourself the night before and make sure you have everything you'll need for your interview. Best of luck to you.

Fax them one

Did they say they got it when you sent it? If they did you shouldn't have no worries, although they want to know how prepared you are,I think your going to just fine, keep me posted please
If you're email your resume and didn't go throughout, try it again. This time keep an extra copy for self in case your resume might get stolen or lost.
