As a supervisor, I feel it's very vital to work as a team. Anyone can give orders and give a directive, but can you get down dirty with the team that looks at you for direction. When I became a leader I promised myself I would be the best leader I can be. I always Focus on solutions and not the problem. I always give 100% even when I am at my weakest. I always hear my associates and not just talk. I work side by side with them and always ask what can we change not just by me but from my employees as well. 2nd shift production at Grupo Antolin is #1 not because of me but because the team I work with. I Talk with them speak about concern and I give everyone a 2nd chance. We right our wrongs Together. An office member said too me, your team loves you girl it shows. I said the feeling is Mutual. We are the top production team on 2nd shift and it's because we work hard doing it together. This is my first time ever being a Supervisor less then 7mo. It's because of all the great Supervisors I had is why I am too. Thanks to all of you for helping me become as great as you. Thank you
