The same thing is hapening to me and im homeless too i got a job but i knw they going to take it back when my background report comes back. Im going to be crushed once again and im 53
Happening to me I just recently got a job I know they'll find me when the background report comes back but I'm praying that I could keep it because I need my own place to live don't like living with my sisters into in my business

Hey Ramona White , chances are you will be fine. Virginia has been extending a lot of great incentives like ban the box and insurance grant opportunities for second chance friendly employers.
Focus on impressing your supervisors with your good work and stay positive. I'm sure you will be fine.
