Ex convicts and felons
Hey guys... for those of you with rough back grounds or know anyone who has a rough back ground and feel they system has hindered them from employment, there is a way to start over and succeed. It's not easy, and u have to have some sense of politness and respect and responsibility. if u want something u work for it... including employment. It's a slow process but with the right support and people around you you can do it. Its NOT easy and it's not fast, but it's possible. If anyone ever needs an extra support feel free to contact me. I enjoy motivating people and would be willing to discuss the road I took to making a great living with a back ground. I'm not a millionaire nor do I make six figures, but I pay my Bill's on time and support my kids and family. I'm comfortable and I never thought it was possible. So if anyone ever needs to be motivated and u feel ur backs against the wall I'm here to listen. The road I took was through the restaurant industry by the way. You all keep ur heads up... there are jobs out there if ur willing to work. Have a great day.
If u view things that way then yeah. But there are some people who really want to change there life around. Have kids and made mistake as young adults. If u see the glass half full then u have a right to ur opinion. I know what it took for me and I believe others can do it as well. We r not creatures of habit... that's shallow thinking... we are creatures of adaption and learning. If u want to be successful u associate with successful people... every person has free thinking.. u cant blame environment. What separates us from animals is I can look at my hand and say... pick up this pencil... an animal cant. So u have the power to free think and control ur surroundings... including fixing what went wrong earlier in life. Most places do back ground checks but will still work with u as long as it's not federal employment. I know a lot if we felons who now manage company's and decided they wanted to turn life around. Just depends on the person and what life they want. So let's be realistic... if u want it u can achieve it... that's realistic not assu.ing people will return to what got them in a situation in the 1st place.
