working in HR department you encounter different attitude and behavior of people. I had an experience with one of the department head who likes to put you down in front of people. I composed myself and took all her criticism however i stand firm on a reason if i know I'm right. I almost gave up because that incident happened right before the year end meeting where all department heads are called . I was frustrated and hurt the way she handled our meetings but it was just a temporary feeling of disappointment , instead it challenges me more to improve my personality and work performances.
