You're welcome. No I didn't need any training or license to start working. Asphalt and construction companies are always looking for good help. I started as a laborer, to a machine operator. Then I was presented with the opportunity to take a Asphalt 1 and 2 class, and I took the challenge, and now I'm a Superintendent. I started from 36,000 annually to now over 85,000 annually. These jobs are there for the taking. They or should I say we, yes we are always looking for men or women ready to take their career to the next level.
