The things that would have improved my job @ #AMCTheatres are
Depending at what theatre you work at (I worked at Plaza Bonita 14), you can tell which general manager actually cares about their workers and who doesn’t. Even within The managers. Things that would improve amc would be that they really need to look into who is the right fit for the job, not just because they work hard and are on time every day. Amc needs supervisors, managers and general managers who want to improve amc as a whole, not because it makes them look better. I’ve worked with excellent general managers and managers but, the last general manager I worked with didn’t have the same goals or motivation to help their team grow. So in conclusion, move people up who care about their job no matter what theatre they work at. It really reflects how you’re crew works too.
It sounds like you've really been taking close notes on your managers over time. Would you ever consider being a manager? As something you've put some thought into, it may be something you'd end up being really passionate about!
