About Us
The Fairmount Job Referral Network is a nonprofit collaboration between local community
organizations and employers to strengthen applications from residents for local jobs. We assist
jobseekers IN-PERSON in creating applications for jobs and preparing for interviews.
To Apply For A Job via the Fairmount Job Referral Network:
Step One
Visit any of our local centers (listed below) in-person to follow-up on a specific job or to browse for
open jobs in the area.
Step Two
During you visit to one of our centers, meet with a career counselor who will assist in all aspects of
preparing and strengthening an application, increasing your ability to find success in your jobsearch
and/or career development efforts.
Step Three
Conclude your visit by submitting your job application with the Career Counselor into the Fairmount
Job Referral Network.
