I am still waiting on my unemployment back pay and I have called lots of times and they say they put it in and someone will contact me back but still 7 months later and nothing . Who do I contact?
Contact the nearest company hiring and go back to work! Move on!!!!!

It took me 5 months to get retro money from them. I'd call once a week. Tell them the story and make sure all paperwork needed is in. Check your messages from them because in NY thats the way they communicate. Only thru the message board. Finally, after 5 months I got the retro payments
Well I've been waiting for 7 months and still nothing.
Hi, you just have to keep calling don’t wait for them to call you back! Even if this means talking to someone twice a day. Did you submit all of the proper documents? You will get all of your back pay just explain to them how long you have been waiting. I waited 2 months before I received my unemployment.
