Trader Joe's is EXCELLENT because they are more in tune with European style worker benefits (and who else lets you sample ANYTHING by just asking). Trader Joe's is owned by Aldi Nord ... a German company and not to be confused with Aldi Sud who operate the Aldi stores in America (originally one company owned by 2 brothers that split). European benefits are far superior to American employee benefits especially with the German and Scandinavian companies.
