Hi I live in NJ and was collecting unemployment since Jan1,2020. My funds will be exhausted around July 12,2020. What do I do about getting the extension if the state is still closed or I don’t get called back to my job? Will I have to reopen a claim or will it payments be automatically extended the 13 weeks under Covid19 guidelines? Thank You , Sue W
I'm so streed out .still nothing from edd or virius payment and I couldn't pay last month rent and now almost ready agin and don't have rentoney so now I'm set back two months .just kills me maybe home less agin .first the camp fire took my home and now the virius is about to take another home from me I'm completely broken hearted but being patient for my funds to arrive .people are stating to go back to work Wich is fine but am I still getting my payment or what who can I talk to about this .
My claimant page says my funds are being withheld due to needing more information about whether I quit my job for new employment. I answered no again and reconfirmed it online and still shows they want more information. I can’t through on the phones(been trying everyday for weeks) and my financial state is getting dire. Not sure what to do besides keep trying to get through on the phone.Any suggestions on what I can do?
