Learn and follow in order all the rules and protocols of the Institution and Department I'am working for. Be extremely sure what I'm doing, why I'm doing it and do it well. Learn how to be a listener, instead of a talkative employee. Not to be a gossiper, or make confussion among co-workets and the Department. I will not be involved or interfere with other Department, their rules or their Staff. Never spread rumors, neither their personal life, this includes: believes, race, age, health, background. Be always on time, save time such as; Sick Days, Vacations not to abuse them, I have done it and will continue to do it. Make friends at the Department and throughout the Institution, not enemies, let them admire you, respect you, remember you. My reputation and image is valuable and I must protect it by being "ME".
