Charter Communications will hire 50 employees to work at its call center at 3520 Destination Drive in Appleton, WI

The week-long hiring process and interviews will be conducted virtually. New hires will be required to work on site.

The jobs are full-time, permanent positions with benefits. Pay is at $16.50 p/hr.

Call center employees will answer customers' questions about Spectrum's video technology. A representative from Spectrum said the company is looking for tech-savvy problem solvers.
