I am! I wasn't employed for all of 2020 and according to this article, they might pass a law that helps relieve some of the taxes owed if you collected unemployment in 2020.
I did mine but haven't sent it. I need to figure this out
I added my unemployment in Schedule 1 and 1040 line 8 other income. The total is negative because of Schedule E supplemental income loss. But where do I exempt or subtract the first $10,200 of unemployment and get more deduction?

Havent gotten 1099g from unemployment. Tried 4 times. Keeps saying unavailable! Dont know what to do. Irs no help either

Check with your tax agent. I believe their letting you use your 2019 taxes . I was told but double check.
