Tonight I would like to touch on a thought that crossed my mind today. I was working at a hospital today and as I do often I did today. I offered people encouragement to people who are dealing with an unexpected crisis in their life. As many people do here in the community when searching for a job. They are people who are struggling to find the perfect job. As we often realize people sometimes fall into the same patterns that lead them into a being let go from the employer. What are you doing differently to change the outcome of what took place? Are you paying more attention to your needs versus wants? Did you better prepare for the interview before you are called? Did you freshen up your skills? There are many places that are looking for the right fit for the position being offered. Taking your time to research the company can better your chances of landing the job.
