I would go back and do less and come in late.. reverse that for I was always on time and did more. no kidding.. was let go for that... cross my heart..

Two interview

I would love it if there was a little appreciation for doing more than expected. I'm not a brown noser or anything but when I'm at work, I like to work. If there is downtime I find something that can be done without being told. I'm also the top salesperson at my job and the appreciation I get is the worse shifts on the schedule, I got my eating privileges taken away and when a new position opens up; everyone but me is informed. We're all replaceable but I'm feeling pretty stepped on and slapped in the face. What a great job...and I also get top reviews on yelp and the such.
