Customers...
So i have a couple pet peeves about customers… when they ask for the turkey and then I ask them what they want on it.. “Just put on whatever it comes with”... Seriously?! The whole point of coming to a Subway is that you get on your sub what you want on it !! come on!! Another pet peeve is when people order something and walk away to get their drink or start talking to someone and just leave me standing there waiting to make their food and then the line backs up and people are clearly getting upset but end up taking it out on me cause this dude couldnt finish telling me their order!!! I love working here but the people can be somethin else sometimes. Does anyone else have these problems??
I think I’d have to keep the line moving! Set the order aside...Nexxxxt!!
I have heard a friend who worked at Subway express the same thing.. I always try to be as efficient as I can ordering, starting with the bread and going from there..
Some people just think about themselves. Do your best to be patient and you will be fine!
Oh Gosh that does sound annoying @Julia Goodermote! When Customers are lost in their own worlds and holding up the line it can be so irritating! I work in #FoodServices also and I'd love to learn more about the kind of work you're doing now! Maybe you could post an update? 🥪
