At the particular location where I worked, it was very good. One problem, though, is that only five local residents worked there, and the rest were from a prison-to-work program McDonald's had with the State Department of Corrections.

Depends on the members of your team, their willingness to multitask, your communication, quality, control, ability to work at a fast pace, dedication, and your service. It also helps if you enjoy what you do for a living. All of this can and will make or break a team. This is from 16 years of personal experience.

When the open door policy is encouraged and enforced, the turn around is lower. A strong open minded manager is easier to approach and easier for the manager and employees on scheduling.
