It was the first horrible day for me when a guest was calling but we had technical problem with the land line phone until He came in with lots of anger thinking I was ignoring his call since it was ringing in his mobile but not ringing in the restaurant and the operation manager penalised me on six days salary deduction yet it was not my fault technical problem.
