In most cases we assume there is a problem with a coworker who don’t like us and it is usually just a case of not taking the time to ask your coworkers what the issue is when there may not even be one. Sometimes people act a certain way or we think they are having a problem with us when they might have just been having a bad day or something else is bothering them and it has nothing to do with us. We just need to take the time and speak up and ask what is going on with them and we may find out we are upset with them for the wrong reasons. A small issue can get out of control quick so be brave and communicate your concerns.
