What are the chances of getting rehired by Walmart after pointing out of the system. There were extenuating circumstances that led to being let go & I now know that I am on my own and must ask for assistance from management because you are a WIN to them?

Thank you Ashley, I currently have a part time job but I need more hours. Your suggestion of a cover letter is a good one, however, it doesn't work that way at Walmart. I have completed the application and passed the assessment and the status now is pending. The last time I got hired was by asking a cashier while shopping who gave me the name of the person to ask for. I called, she found my information online and I had the job. I have applied to over 100 positions in the past 6 months. I'm being a bit picky because I would like benefits. I appreciate your advice.
I would consider applying again and writing a cover letter explaining what happened in a positive light! If it doesn't work out you tried your best! Was there another company you are interested in working for?
