KP is a great place to work WONDERFUL patients and MOST BOSSES are GREAT (we just got one that turned our dept UPSIDE DOWN but unfortunately no one seems to be able to help us) but all in all I am still able to help and give my patients the BEST CARE that I possibly can, so my advice would be no matter the behind the scene circumstances NEVER CHANGE YOUR PATIENTS CARE STILL GIVE THEM THE BEST CARE THEY DESERVE!!!

UPON graduating I have worked in Nursing Homes, Personal Care giver, Alzheimer's patients, mentally challenged adults at Robinswood School in Lake Charles, LA My greatest assets as a certified nurse assistant is compassion and patience.

It doesn't matter where you work at as a ma. You should give it your all for your patient's.
