Stress-management techniques anyone?

So, when you are at a higher moment of professional stress - what do you do for healthy strategies to address that? excercise routines? go-to-music? go-to-movie? what suggestions are out there for those of us feeling a bit more stress than usual going into year-end? I always try to take time and look at the big picture and visualize the reason and why... take control of what you can control and everything else, delegate! Allow others to take on some of the “stress” for many times they are very capable and not as burden as you... our pride and ego will sometimes get the best of us, but the big picture is... interdependence! Best wishes, good brother! May you find your center and balance!

From my own understanding and best way i have dealt with such situations, i give myself some space from the work at some moment go get a shower eat and have a chilled water...after this exercise more strenght and wisdom will be added

For me it's pray and pray cause trust I deal with alot of it but I here to say I'm still beating the odds cause I'm still here and refused to let anyone Robb me of my peace it's takes great self control too over ride stress I learned to let go and let God cause it's beyond my control what others do so I'm in control of my emotions my mind set is be beneficial too life not a killer of life so I don't collect stress bags somethings are not even worth it so why even pick it up just me

Take time to relax through meditation, even 5 minutes a day works, and you can download a app or attend a class. Try a Reiki Session or better yet, learn Reiki so you can perform on yourself. It’s highly effective in resetting your self and getting you through the stressful lives we now live. Energy Health & Wellness LLC

Force yourself to talk long at least one hour walks, where your body is physically stressed. For example anywhere it is uphill and down hills, or the bridge it’s a good stress relief and energizing mentally and physically. The more you walk the more energized you feel. Now I need to take my own advice again, thank you for asking.

Be selfish for a change..no need answer every phone call.......keep your positivity ....while holding back talking to and about negative things....its hard to do...just try for 1 day.....( also try for 1 day"to not use"I" in a sentence...happy trying..you can..

Taking a nice, peaceful walk, always helps me. I also love music and dancing to help calm me down. Sometimes even talking to someone who is understanding can help also.
