I love working in a pacific hotel manila because there are things they have taught me that nothing and I have not seen in my old jobs and groups I've been in.they taught me with fellowship and humility and did not boast beyond your position or rank in a company to be fair and good to everyone whether it is a low class or a high-class worker always listen to everything. always ask if you can not understand and do not know your work to reflect on the welfare of others in the absence of incorrect ways to work, always love what you are doing love and importance, so that others can express your love for your work, and here in panpacific each other's status is not merely a worker, they consider a family. everything here helps us to fix the problems no matter what happens and they're together they face any weight of work

Enrich, I, too, work at a luxury hotel, with a position in banquets that I love. I've been here for 16 years and thru those have worked with many, many people. In banquets, as you know, it is a unique group of people...tho we are called team-mates, we go the 2nd mile to refer to ourselves as family. Tho we do not see each other, except for work, we truly care about each other. It's funny Enrich, but we are just like a family....we share joy, cry with sorrow, and encourage each other....and sometimes, we even have discord and arguments...but the love is still there. I have never experienced this before in other types of employment, and I wonder if this is something pequliar to our department..Do you have this sense of belonging in your hotel? I am so happy that you have found your niche in life..and the chances for advancement are excellent. Now don't forget that 401k match that will give you quite a nest egg in your mid-life, even tho taking just thehotel match..Best of luck Enrich
