I would say the fear of the unknown, getting rejected, the secret to bring successfully employed again, and waysvro generate income without a full time job.

Unfortunately, it seems like an easy process but I still haven't received my unemployment payment and have now filed three times. I think it's just a fluke with me because even the very helpful Workforce Commission reps are perplexed and do what they can to help.

Hi Jason Roberson , I been following this conversation since you posted it a couple of weeks ago. Interesting feedback! I've noticed some commonalities and common job search pains like ageism and application follow up. Anything interesting stick out to you from all the responses do far. Curious, what was you purpose for this exercise. I see it's become quite popular. Thanks

The hardest part is not knowing where your next meal is coming from and learning to trust God to help you find the right job for you. It's also difficult having to decide job retraining. My best advice is to pray to God before you get out of bed every morning to help you find the right position for you and your family and a position where you can minister to people. Also, if you can get retraining in something that helps people, that is good.

Hi Jason! Currently one of the challenges I have encountered is the use of software programs that search for key words as a decider in whether your resume is pushed through. I think people are not aware of how much automation has impacted recruitment. I had an interview with a computer recently and it was pretty weird.

Pay rate , I went on interview last week and they asked if my rate was negotiable and I said I willing to go down. $1.00 and they asked is that the lowest!. I have over 11 years experience but you only want to pay 12-14 he is too low for me
