Occasionally during a rush..we will run short of product..which means jumping on the slicer...thawing fish.etc...and since we only have 2 very small fryers..they tend to get backed up.which throws of timing( which is crucial). Still we maintain fast efficiant service and a quality product! I'm very proud of the crew. Every one goes above and beyond.
