The way I stood out with them was cause I stayed busy working and double checked my measurements before I made my cuts and that I caught on quickly and I worked with the foreman so he got to see all my work in person and we got fast once I got it down. We were changing out like 3 to 4 windows and like 2 doors a day. Plus I was able to make straight cuts right away and made sure all my windows and doors installed worked properly and they were right on almost every time with no hours worked over. It was a fun and good paced work. I liked the job. Although it is only seasonal.
