I have had several background checks done on me in the past few months as I have applied to many jobs. I requested that I receive a copy of all of the checks. While reviewing all of the different requests I noticed that none of them were accurate. I am black I am white is just an example of one check. There are long round about ways to clean them up. In short, any company that gets a background check done on you will receive a lot of inaccurate information. Be upfront with the company you are applying. Let them know you are willing to discuss all of your background, and be honest. Oh yes, not all of the checks were the same. So, it depends on the company that is used to do the checks the information that will be on it.

I am serving at Luminous Advertising as a salesman since 2010. Now I want a foreign job in USA to income more to lead my livelihood with my family.
