I went to work at 6:30 am. I had a fever over 102 and my boss thought I was OK. Well in the middle of preparing someones nachos I barfed all over them. He sent me home then

I went to work at 6:30 am and my fever was over 102. I asked my boss to send me home but he refused. I ended up throwing up all over the nachos I was preparing at the time. Then he sent me home

I really don't have a juicy story but I have a mest up one. Me and a friend was schudeled to work and our boss called us and said that they did not have the money to pay us for our hours so he said they had to let us go.

When I first started a fellow crew member threatened my life because I accepted the store discount. This person said that I am cheap with money. This person never paid for food.

Teenagers coming in one night when i was working front cashier and the black guy was looking at me all crazy n i did the same back.They claimed we messed their order up.They got what they wanted and sat down and ate and was really loud.Manager went over there to tell them they had to keep it down.Very disrespectful ppl i tell you.They continued to be loud and all of a sudden,water spills all over their table.They got up and left a nasty mess at the table.As they walked out the dine in door before leaving the outside doors,they took Nacho Cheese and threw it all on the walls,floors and windows.Wow! Seen it all working at fast-food places.

I have many, hahaha. Most of them involve customers. I'll give two bad stories, and one good.

Bad #1: I'm working drive through and this lady comes in and orders nearly half the menu. After having it take more than 5 minutes to make her food and give it to her, she takes another 3 or 4 to check her bag. Now for those who haven't worked in fast food, this doesn't seem like a big deal, but to us it is because we have time limits. Any how, the lady looks at me and says, "I'm missing my cheesey potatoes." I thought I saw my manager put them into the bag so I said, "Are you sure you didnt accidently look over it? I thought I saw them in there." Not realizing that I apparently 'accused her of lying' I'm taken back when she starts yelling at me and freaking out. I calmly get my manager like she asks, glove up and make her burnt potatoes with cheap nacho cheese and sour cream on them. They're always burnt that's how nearly every taco bell has it's potatoes. I over hear the woman say that I am rude and a horrible person. The way she was sounding was that she wanted to see me get fired right then and there, on the spot in front of her. My manager just handed her the food and told her to have a nice day before smiling and closing the window. She then drove off, nearly running into people walking out to their car.

Bad #2: I'm closing cash on drive thru and it's about 2 am. This car full of drunk people come up to the speaker. First thing I say as usual is "Hi how are you today?" and I'll get a mix of responses but nothing like this, "This is a Mexican restraunt, shouldn't you be speaking Mexican?" First off, the language is Spanish, not 'Mexican'. Second, I'm not fluent in Spanish, third, we're in Michigan, not many people who go to Taco Bell speak in only Spanish. I just smile and say, "Hola, como estan! Bene, sí? Qué puedo traerte?" I hear laughter in the back of his car and he just laughs dumbly saying "What?" I'm tired and getting really upset, "Tell me what you want." Then they proceed to order, asking the stupidest questions. Finally I tell them their total and they pull up. Thankfully we were really busy and I was still waiting on food for about 2 or 3 cars in front of them. They come up to the window and their car is full of people. Two of them are nearly hanging out the window, there's two people making out in the back, people sitting on people. This car is a sedan. The guy hands me the money, it's 2 or 3 dollars less than what the price was but I didn't care I wanted to get them out of my drive thru. The dude pulls up Google translate on his phone and starts to talk to me, but then plays the Spanish version of what he said back to me. I just smile and close the window and walk away. We get them their food, and they start to drive off but one of the guys in the back starts yelling at me saying that we took too long. I apologized explaining we had a new person on line that night, he just called me a far whore and they drove off laughing. I flipped them off and the guy behind them gave me a 10 dollar tip, saying he felt sorry for me having to deal with a-holes like that. Ironically enough though, the same guys come back after close and threaten to beat up my manager if we don't 'replace a 12 pack of tacos they were missing right now' it's 4 am, all of the food is already in the walk in, we couldn't do it if we tried. My manager just gave the cinnamon twists to get them out of the drive thru. They nearly broke the glass on the door.

Good: It's Christmas Eve and we're closing at 7pm. I'm in the back taking a small break and eating some sweets that we brought in when I see one of the other cash girls get called over by a customer. I'm like 'great what did we mess up this time?' The guy had asked her how many people we had working, which she responded with 6. He then have gave us all 5 dollars each and told us Merry Christmas. It made my night.
