You could do worse. There's plenty of opportunity to learn something new and about several different venues. Customer service in a call center is a major industry and the future of all businesse at one level or another. The particular facility I worked out of was clean and had many pleasant people and management were pretty cool. Ad with any place it's what you make of it. Negative attitude brings negative results.
