How to snap out of post holiday blues?

I hope everyone had a nice and peaceful New Year. It’s the official end of the holiday season. I still feel a little slow even though it's already Wednesday. So of course I went to my default–WebMD to look for advice on coping with post holiday blues 😆. I actually really like these ideas on setting big audacious goals BAG:

I’m already looking for a new online class that I can take this year. What would be your BAG in 2022?

It took me a while to get out of the holiday blues. I had a death in the family and a funeral for my aunt and uncle on December 21st. I was finally able to get out of the holiday blues by making a video about my aunt and uncle and writing to some friends and relatives.

I started at gym in October. I go almost every weekday. You don't have to be a body builder, walking helps the indorphines in your brain. Hang in there Janice.

These are great suggestions! I also like to find new books or podcasts for new ideas and inspiration. Would love to get some recommendations too!
