There is not organized, not a lean manual factory, not at ISO level. Specially in paint department. Painting process is way behind currently technology, no drawing attached with the job to, no training for new employee, not even the lead. Only supervisor can be reading the drawing. People working with zero experience only memorize and knowledgeable. The top level does not know much about painting process, no planning at all. Running job with no efficient. Too many boss driving the shop. Management team does not know how to learn from the root cause of the defected part to avoid the rework again and keep doing the same way, that's why they have tons of late jobs because reworks. Over time is no limit just because they are trying to catch up the shipment. It's terrible management in there at Fremont facility. They're don't want to hear any suggestions about improvement at all. Very stressful when working with the team like that.. .I am hoping someone can make it changed in the future.
