WTH has been around for about 25 years now and the positions are direct hire, which means you are an employee of the company and not a contractor. This means you are eligible for benefits for full time hours and some paid time off.
One thing I did notice in researching the company:
While they provide you with a computer, mouse, keyboard, telephone, and headset to do the job, they do require remote employees to pay for these things. The setup costs around $500.00 and it is paid for via $100.00 payroll deduction from your first five checks (you are paid every two weeks).
The $500.00 will be returned to employees after they leave the company and return the equipment.
Other than that, the rate of pay is around 10-12.00 an hour as far as i can tell, which is decent for work from home CSR positions.
