I personally would not worry about COVID, I haven't altered my behavior in any way since the inception, I choose not to live in fear. You may choose to get vaccinated, wear a mask, and wash your hands regularly if you like.

Wearing a medical mask, wash your hand often, and keep your distance from people. Sleep well and eat well so you can keep your immunity strong.

A healthy diet and maintain your immune system. The virus is unlikely to be an issue for 99.9% of people.
